Vodaco(n)(ned) me again...

Well hello again Vodaco(n)!

Please review my last complaint: https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/how-to-lose-loyal-customers-by-spamming-them-ceaselessly- **********

Since you've 'removed' me from your marketing databases, I've received 16 SMS's in the last ± 1 month. (#SummerGigs, Rewards for you, etc.) It appears I haven't quite been removed from all your databases...please won't you have a look at that?

That's not actually the main reason I'm on your case again.

For the last 12 hours, I'm being spammed by what I can only assume is a computer glitch on your side. I've received your "Voice Night Owl balance has run out" 8 times. Surely you're not that desperate for me to buy some airtime from you? At least it stopped sending the SMS's from 12AM until 6AM this morning. It has however started up again at 6:19, and I can only assume it will go on hourly until you actually respond to this message.

"Honey, where's the closest MTN or CellC shop? I need a new phone number..."

No call from your consultant yet. But now I'm back to the original issue where your third party sellers are spamming me with sales calls. Truecaller has blocked 3 calls from Mondo Vodacom this morning alone! And the day is not yet over... Vodacom, I cannot believe you are unable to understand that I do not wish to buy anything from you at the moment. I also cannot understand that you think that I will eventually 'give in' and buy something if you just keep going at it. Unless you cease to contact me for marketing purposes via phone, SMS and email immediately, I will report this matter to the National Consumer Commission for investigation. Thereafter I will make it a priority to press ******** charges for harassment with the South African Police Services. This has gone on long enough!
