I must inform you that I have now caught them red-handed *****ing data from me, and if you are *****ing data from me you're *****ing data from other people as well, in fact I know of a few people who have been complaining about the data problem. Legally, you are now in breach of any agreement that you have with anybody that can prove that the data is missing. You have forced me to get the bank to stop any more direct debits until ICASA, gets involved and start another investigation, if I remember correctly they were forced into doing a big investigation into peoples lost data, the problem has not gone away. Your CEO cannot bother to get involved because he knows that he's going to put himself in a corner and it will be detrimental to Vodacom, I'm sure that all the CEOs around the world of Vodacom would be very interested in this particular case. What I have discovered is that on the morning of 1 January 2018, on my data card there had been usage, that is very funny because my iPad was switched off and it's not on data usage as I need to log in to Vodacom to be able to use that, so how did data disappear out of my account when I did not use the apparatus for which that particular Sim card is in, so we have a very interesting question related to how is data missing doesn't matter if it is small or big data is being ******. On my last months account after my incident of the massive account on data I made sure that both myself phone and my iPad that could use data or set to not use any data yet still the bill kept climbing. I got an SMS on the 31st to tell me that I only had 25 megs of data left so how in the hell do I have a massive bill again, it can only be theft internally. So what are the answers or probabilities? It seems that somebody at Vodacom is getting into peoples accounts and taking the data and using it for themselves, that seems like the only explanation. This matter needs to go to the media so that the media can have another fun day attacking Vodacom and in this case for theft again. Trying to get answers is practically impossible and there are no explanations forthcoming from anybody senior at Vodacom it just gets ignored.
