Vodacone Data Issue
I have been a client of Vodacom since inception...
Two months ago, I contacted Vodacom because 2 gigs of data disappeared from my phone overnight. They stated hat they wouod investigate .... i never heard a thing from them. I had to by more data to tide me over
Today I checked my phone data and found that this had occurred again, overnight...1.5 gigs of Data. I have contacted Vodacom four times today, 082135 and spoken to Phumsili, Sandra and Lemonde. I have requested that the supervisor contact me...Nondo and I await her call.
The fact is that my phone seldom ever uses data as my home office has unlimited data and i spend 99% of my trime at home.
This is just a sudden occurance and I cannot understanmd why. My Ipad has identical apps as my iphone and yet this has never occured on my Ipad.???!!!!
I now await a call from the supervisor Nondo......hope against hope.
