Vodacon (m) full of ***** and useless pre-order website

Vodacon (m) is absolutely the worst and most ridiculous service provider!! I ordered the Ipgone 12 Pro Max the day pre-orders started and to date I still have not received the phone. Your contract renew agents keep on lying saying that the stock has been delayed and that you will deliver it once stock has been received. At the vodacom store in Fourways Mall the agent there said people who ordered in store have received their phones. YET, I AM TOLD THAT STOCK DID NOT ARRIVE?? What was the point of waiting 4 months to upgrade only to be told no phone and being fed lies like I am an idiot...

Will you please be honest and stop lying or I will cancel my contract with your ******* company... This is truly disgraceful and ridiculous...
