Vodacon international roaming a disater

I am a long term Vodacom customer In October I informed Vodacom to activate my international roaming services which my app in SA confirmed as active. Before my deoarture from SA I activated international data bundle and paid. They say it only activates once you hit foreign cell towers on arrival.

I have been here 5 weeks and to date no coverage in Netherlands or Germany. Tommorow I travel to UK and Vodacom had let me down big time. No internet makes it impossibke to communicate, travel with maos. In short my holiday is much kess enjoyable. Very much dissapointed wirh Vodacom International Roaming. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS IT DOES NOT WORK
