Vodacon ***** unresolved after three months

An ******* sim swap was done on my phone durinh new year 2017. I reported this to Vodacom on the 3rd of Jan 2017. Tsim was legally renewed then. However. Vodacom never informed me about the ******* transcations. At the end of January 2017 they took R41000 via debit order while my normal account is usually R800 to R1200. After refusing the debit order an affidavit and associated documents was required by Vodacom for the "onvestigation". Tjat was provided to Vodacom on the 12/02/2017. Two weeks later and after numerous phone calls and the famous last words of Vodacom "we will phone you in an hour". That phone call never came and after another two weeks I drove to VodaWorld (oooaa World). They had no record of the documentation I send through a month earlier or the refference number allocated to me. All that just disappeared??? I kept records of all the emails. Vodacom had none. After promising the moon the stars and sending me an email "all has been resolved". I received a sms on the 9/4/2017 demanding all the money from the *****ulant transactions and my phone was cut off on the 10/4/2017. Worderful On enquiry they had mo clue what and where and how... Nobody even looked at any of the documentation send through two months ago. Where from here?
