Vodacon can go to hell

So i contacted Vodacon with hopes to cancel this **** but as all know they have caught in a cintract similar to that of a music artist who gets exploited by the record companies. Just last week i went to the store to request a reason for the outstanding 1400 on my account .The store assistand could not tell me what the charge is for and we contacted head offices . They assured that this is some kind of mistake and my account is up to date amd i am to only pay the agreed monthly fee which is on the 15th. But this is too good for a organization like vodacom to decent and they are not satisfied till they suck u dry . Today they had the nerve to debit that very miataken 1400 from my account. I beg anyone please do not sign up with this organization.
