Vodacon are the **** of the Earth!!!

Vodacon has now gone too far, my account is under my mom's name at present. I have attempted to transfer ownership to myself, but have come up against so many feeble excuses, from a company that clearly has zero interest in helping their customers out or even doing their jobs properly at all. They spoke to my mother recently and offered her a deal, she clearly told them that she did not want a contract, yet after saying it was not a contract, I logon and discover a contract has in fact been setup. Going into nearest branch tomorrow to give them a piece of my mind!!! My name is Brett Wentzel, the sim belongs to me but is under my mom's name currently Belinda Wentzel. I am seriously considering Suing Vodacon big time for all it's infringements against me, via ICASA!!!
