Vodacon absolute mess

Right, I'm finished with my data contract, and wasn't going to upgrade contract. When I'm at Pavillion, I go into Vodacom to double check if I owe noithing....as had a month left befor contract I had would would expire. Am informed all is up to date, owe noithing. Then the salesman shows me a data contract that offered me more data and cheaper than previous contract. I checked if it's a roaming contract, and informed it was. All paperwork gets done, but when the new contract kicked in....I could not connect to wifi. I go back to Pavillion Vodacom, and when they check, the contract was for a fixed location....and linked to my property I had sold, and I no longer live there. Vodacom realizes that contract is invalid. They told me, contract will be removed from the system...and I would get my R149.99 (R150) for contract agreement, and refunded to me. All seems in order, till I start questioning when I can get my refund....and am told that the funds where refunded...but I owe more money for contract cancelation fees. No matter how many months I phoned Vodacom noithing was resolved. And even promises that Vodacom accounts tomemail me....nnoithing ever came through,. Decided to just let it be, as Vodacom had now ****** my R150...and clearly noithing was done in comunication...at all. Now, suddenly, like 9 months later, I'm getting constant demands from Vodacom to cover cancelation fees...for an invalid contract. Question then arrive where I wonder how may other customers Vodacom has ****med into a false contracts....but made to pay cancelation fees for Vodacom mess. I eventually lost my cool, after realizing no matter who I talk to, or deal with this issue...was getting absolutely no where, unlike me, for I'm not a person that often looses my cool. I went into Vodacom Pavillion and asked for the Manger, whom was different to one I usally know....and he himself accused me of being in the wrong. And I was responsible for Vodacom, and liable for cancelation fees...for a contratthat was invalid, never used....should not have been on system That points directly as a ****, for how many other customers dose vodacom con into contracts invalid, but the customer is responsible for cancelation fees. I'm done with Vodacom and this behavior. It's simple, invalid contract removed from system, my R150 returned, and matter on contract closed, for Vodacom made the mess,,,,not me. Someone in a position to sort this ridiculous mess out...get it done. Calan Galugan
