I dont know if hello peter helps. vodaCON is such a F!!!!!! ****. There are no lawyers to help. Is there anyone out there that can stand up to these ********. I have a data 100 contract. if i use 10 gig data i am charged. Used it for one month service cut due to discrepancy on account. A year later, 200 emails, hello peter bla bla bla and 0 results. Only results were default on itc. (THANK YOU vodaCON.) Cant get through to them cant email cant call nothing.

Letter sent 18-04-2019 no response: To Whom May Have a Brain.

I have been trying to correct this situation from 2018. I tried everything but its like talking to a wall. Now you send me a threat letter.

If you can’t understand your own products you need to get education of some sorts because I am not paying for a service I did not receive because of Vodacom employing un qualified un educated idiots that do not know their own products and causing people like me a nightmare and headaches trying to rip me off. So, you want to rectify this, here is my suggestion. My account is as accurate as you going to get. (See attached). I will pay the account (attached) and we are done. Contract cancelled and we both go our own ways. You don’t want to we will continue with legal and I will claim damages. I will also throw all proof I have of Vodacom trying to de***** me. THIS IS NOT A THREAT.

So, put me in contact with (SOMEONE WITH BRAINS AND SPEAKS PROPER ENGLISH) and lets sort this out.
