Vodacon!
Firstly a consultant asked me to renew my vodacom smart s package and I was told over the phone it was a month to month contract which I decided to take as it did not come with a cell phone. Only to find out Im on a renewed two year contract. I am on this contract as it fits my budget and is only R160 in total. As of June 2018 vodacon increased my tarrif to R210! A R60 increase absolutely ridiculous considering I didn't even get a new Cell phone.

22 Jun 2018, 09:37Thanks to Dominic my query has been resolved. After 8 months though of paying for a contract which I was not bound to! At least now I know how to get a proper response from Vodacom. I will try to port my number as I want nothing to do with Vodacom in near future.
