Vodacon

Vodacom you are such a failure to your customers. I have + - 5 contracts with vodacom and on monthly basis vodacom gets its meant monthly subscription without any hiccups. It saddens me that when I buy its promotional bundles they expire before I use them due to not having coverage at times. I have called customer care for assistance after 21 days they still never communicated with me about escalated matter, I just receive a text stating my matter has been resolved bearing in mind no one ever called me. I get no coverage intermittently and it's frustrating that after so much money I'm subscribing to I get no joy . Vodacom stop reaping your customers off. Really in need to look at alternate service providers.
