On the 2nd of April I purchased 1 Gig 14 day bundle for R99 and I received a sms confirming my purchase. My remaining airtime balance was +- R200. Today my airtime is completely finished. When I phoned vodacom to enquire, a consultant has informed me that the 1 gig was never purchased. My question is then, why would I receive a message confirming my purchase?? I asked the consultant to be put through to a complaints department and she just went silent. I had to ask again. She then asks what do I want to complain about??? THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!! I was recharged on the 1st with R350 and after buying a gig for R99, I did not check my airtime balance as I knew that I had sufficient funds in my account. Had I not received a message I would then have checked my balance. I would never have used the internet if I knew that the data was never loaded (out of bundle rates is a *******!!!). Now my entire monthly airtime balance has been depleted and I definitely do not believe that this is my fault as made out by your consultant.
