Vodacom........worst service provider ever!

Still waiting for Vodacom to contact me regarding the mess they have made on my cellphone account and now it is my problem!

Do they really think an automated message will get a response?!? Where have the service levels gone and when are you able to speak to someone who can actually resolve the issue.........never! Technology is wonderful but counts against the consumer when you need to resolve an issue that is not even your fault!
