Vodacomworld - bring in your device, we will continue to attempt to fix it

I took up an upgrade with Vodacom in February 2016 on a Samsung S6. The speaker started to buffer and we took into Vodacomword to assess the issue on the 30 of November 2016. It was told to us that there was no issue and the phone was returned to us with no repairs. The same issue came up again and I took the phone in again on the 15th of October 2016, I met with Grayson and the issue was logged again. Same response as previous that there was no issue found and again no repairs.

Not in the mood to sit again for 2 hours in the centre, I decided again today 98th of February 2017) to attempt a resolution with the phone. Again I had recorded the buffer sound the speaker makes and to same to the consultant Kagiso. My experience with him is that I wanted to see a manager, however he insisted to log a Job Card again. He then disappeared to go discuss the issue with the technical team and look for a manager. After again waiting for more than 30 minutes with him, I decided to look for a manager myself. After waiting again for a while the lady at the entrance refused to provide me with their contact details or email address, and I had to wait to speak to management.

Now an hour has passed and I was notified that the manager Michelle is out and Siya is still busy with customers. When I eventually met quickly with Siya the supervisor, I was told that is the technician can identify the fault they cannot fix it, even with my recorded proof. My question on how many times must I bring in the phone before it is replaced remains unanswered.

I have already cancelled 2 contracts with Vodacom due to bad service and converted 1 cell number to pre-paid. If this is not resolved I will cancel my remaining contracts (seemingly not an issue for such a corporate) and move to another cell phone company. Then they at least lost 6 contacts from one customer.
