Vodacom...where common sense goes to die
Getting these folks to update address details is as painful as changing a car-tyre with a piece of cooked spaghetti!! I now have a statement (with the correct address) - and an invoice with the old incorrect address!! Why is it so difficult to understand that the address should match?
