VODACOM...WAKE UP!
Is there no option for zero stars? Worst customer service experience ever. I was constantly harassed by Vodacom representatives to upgrade my line. I finally gave in and ordered a iPhone 17 Pro Max. I have been following up for weeks, with Vodacom customer service telling me that iPhone 17 orders are delayed. Only today when I called, was I given another number to call (After sales service) only to be told that my phone was never ordered. Vodacom! Wake up! Why do I have to call to check up on my order when i spend over R3k per month with you for 3 lines??? I will never recommend you to friends or family. I am shocked by your poor customer service and lack of any sense accountability. One thing you do really well....harass me constantly to sign up for more services, sell my information to third parties and deduct payments from my account for 10 + years.
