Vodacom/Vodapay is a skem

I bought KFC and at Clicks using Vodapay acc on-line on the 25 07 22. Till this day I have not got those orders. I went to both stores for click & collect but they refuse to give me my order because there was no sms to confirm my order, but the money was gone from my Bank ACC. I called Vodapay they sent me case no and promised to investigate but after two days I got an sms saying they closed my case without solving it as I still don't have my order. I called again thinking maybe because I have the case no it's gonna be easier to get answers but nothing. Please assist me.
