VODACOM/VODAPAY
VODAPAY on the Vodcom app - I purchased 3 x R100 Builders vouchers on the app on 9/11/21 . The code could not be redeemed in Builders stores or online. I have queried and finally got a response and eventually a new code on 19/11----which did not work as well. Mmabatho escalated the matter end Nov, another code was issued --Which DID NOT work and no response to the emails from the consultant and online support ..even worse. Bottom line do not use this feature on the VODACOM APP to purchase a damn thing.

13 Jan 2022, 13:51This issue has not been resolved . I received an emailed response saying that the matter has been escalated to a consultant who would be in contact. Two minutes later, I received an sms saying that the case has been closed. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE RESOLVED
