Vodacom/Vodabucks-do not purchase anything from them!!!!!
My complaint/query has still not been resolved even after previously posting on HelloPeter on the 31st of December 2020 regarding a refund from the Vodabucks store. Received an email saying it has been escalated ( for the 5th time now) and then a rude phone call from a customer care agent followed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely NOTHING has been done. Vodacom has definitely lost me as a client.
