Vodacom/Vivo
I took out a contract with vodacom for a Vivo cellphone. Not long into my contract the vivo cellhone basically "burnt out on charge" or at least that is what the repair centre told me. Since then it has been a back and forward for me to have have phoned repaired or maybe replaced. Sad, but not impressed seeing as I have been a loyal customer of vodacom over the past 25 years
