Vodacom..sister company of Eskom

Vodacom has to be the worst service provider in the country if not the world, theres no coverage everytime there's load shedding. Surely you guys have heard of alternate power sources because Eskom is only going to get worse. I wonder if vodacom is state owned because its run absolutely ****. Please fire everyone in charge and get competent people to improve your service coz the bunch you have right now are either uninterested or just plain stupid and have no idea how to provide decent service to the people paying them( which is us the customers)
