Vodacom/Samsung - follow through on your promotion!
Vodacom your service is shocking!!! We upgraded 5 of our staff members phones on your Samsung S note 20 special on 24 Aug 2020 and we have still not received the Galaxy Buds Live or the Sanitizing unit you promised as part of the upgrade! You have been giving us the run around at your call centre and on email. Take ownership of your promotion and give us what you promised us! Is it that difficult or is *******ion also big at Vodacom?
