VODACOM/SAMSUNG FALSE ADVERSITING!

Well, here I am again! Again writing about a travel voucher which was never forth coming from Vodacom Chatz after numerous attempts to resolve this issue, here I am again! After my last review I was contacted by Vodacom who ASSURED me that they would correct the issue! WELL ---- I have once again done everything which they told us to do on the 22 Feb, got a mail on the same day to say thanking for submitting everything for Vodacom Made for Summer with reference no 4B93E3 and that we would get an sms in 10 days......... WELLLLLL--- We still have not heard a word. My initial thoughts stand. Ithink that internal staff are cashing in on these vouchers for them selves and friends, hence the issue to try and redeem them.

Neeedless to say, they are deducting the debit order from me....

Disgusted and NEVER AGAIN with Vodacom.... do not get caught by false advertising.

I will now go to the complaints commission and report them and Samsung BOTH!
