Vodacom's Worst Customer Service

I am very disappointed in the manner in which Vodacom conducts their customer service. it is by far the worst service I have ever received from anywhere. I signed up with their salesman to have fibre connected at my house. Part of the contract was to provide an interim LTE router while they wait for Vuma to come and install the box and connect fibre, free installation and first month would be free. From that moment up until this very day it has been nothing but a nightmare to get them to deliver the service promised. The interim router delivery took a week more that promised. Two weeks after the interim router was connected Vuma Tel came to install the fibre and the LTE was immediately deactivated. The newly installed fibre equipment never even worked for a minute since then and it has been another two week (11 Days to be exact) that we have been calling their customer care department more than once every single day requesting that they fix the problem as there is no internet connection. All their agents do is send the same email every single call to the same "Technical" department, whom they claim not to have a direct line to, with no response or feed back for each email they claim to send, supposedly escalating the matter and marking it as high priority every single time which make zero difference. Their supervisor Phaizel has promised a call back which was never received, they have promised to send a technician which never happened and up to this day they have not done anything except allegedly sending a meaningless email escalating the matter every single time we call in. when I requested that they come and take all their equipment as they are not willing to render the service that they have promised, I am told that there is now a fee for cancelling, on a service that I have never even for a minute received as their WIFI never even for a sec worked. It is really disgusting to see that Vodacom treats its customers as though they are giving them a free service. for all the money you pay them they give you such trash service. I would never ever recommend anyone to use them as a service provider. they do not value their customers at all.
