VodaCom's Vuma fibre call cetre staff are terrible and uneducated about their processes

VodaCom's Vuma fibre agents are not easily available. I had to call the VodaCom call centre 082 135 for them to find a Vuma Fibre agent. I tried getting my fibre line released on 1 April with an agent with the email address mut*******, and was told it takes 30 days for the line to be released. I just found out my request was never actioned and now a 2nd Vuma agent, Kamogelo explained there is no waiting period for the line to be released. She will put in the request and there's no turnaround to confirm the line haks been released. As she put it it, I "must just wait!" I tried speaking with a tram leader but she wouldn't put me through
