Vodacom's Vodamail Email "Service" (or lack thereof!!!)

Problem with Vodamail (Vodacom's Email Service) - I have been unable to send emails for approximately 3 months now. Vodacom have no solution! I have been to 4 Vodacom shops and I went to the Customer "Service" Centre at Vodaworld - was promised a solution, all I received was a reference number of days later. I was informed at the CSC that Vodacom are considering closing the email service - I have yet to verify this information. I have had this Email address for years! I have tried loading my Vodacom Email on Three different Email programs with Vodacom/mail's settings to no avail and ZERO help from Vodacom. Is anyone else having the same email issue? Vodacom - Please Help!!!
