Vodacom's vetting process and luck of communication

I app**** for a contract with Vodacom and it was approved but I didn't end up taking it up because I was not able to return to the store. So I app**** online and was declined without an explanation. I am trying to apply for the contract again at one of your Bloemfontein stores and they are not getting feedback from the vetting department.

What is happening?
