Vodacom's uselessness

I took a cellphone contract in june 2018 and i was due for an upgrade now but miracle upon miracle vodacom has *****ed up my account and suddenly my contract is 3 years and not 2. my upgrade is now accoring to them only due in 2021. when i went in to sort it out they logged a querry with the head office consultants and my account would have been sorted out within 24 hours. not only has this not happened but it has been almost a week and it just goes from bad to worst. the number in question is ***
