VODACOM's total false advertising

I recently did some investigation into my VODACOM RED VIP CONTRACT on their website and saw that they advertised that all RED VIP CLIENTS get insurance (theft cover for 24 months) as per the link below: https://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/shopping/plans/red-vip?cid=PS_Pr51u Needless to say I submitted my claim several times and haven't heard anything from the insurance department even though the advert says they will replace the phone within 48 hours (another false claim). All I've heard via the Chatz shop clerk is that I havent been paying insurance and am therefore not covered. Yet the advert says ALL RED VIP CLIENTS get theft cover for 24 months.

I have emailed the platinum desk (of which I've been a member for over 10 years at least) and they have referred me to the insurance department. Both twitter handles are equally as useless and clueless. No one has bothered to call me.
