Vodacoms Terrible Service

Vodacom has Terra service. From 5 star to 0 star. I've taken out a new contract with Vodacom and most of the time my internet is not working. It's really not fair as we're paying a lot of money. The WiFi router doesn't work properly and switches of every little while. I am not the only one experiencing this problem, many people are having the same issues. Vodacom network goes immediately when load shedding starts and only returns a while later. We've tried to contact Vodacom directly but they haven't assisted us. We get out through to Toby the robot who is useless and cannot do anything to resolve our issues. I trust that through this our problem will get resolved.
