A big thank you to Reshika ( Vodacom 4 U- Gateway mall) and Nadene (Vodacom shop customer cares- gateway mall) you ladies not only did your jobs but went the extra mile to ensure that i was assisted and my query resolved even though it wasnt within your job description or within your department. I wish the people at customer care and accounts could take a page from your book instead of driving us insane. They must really learn to be more efficient at handling queries and proving proper feedback instead of giving customer's the run around.
