Vodacom's ShakeUp Summer partners

The Vodacom partner in the ShakeUp Summer, Steers, offer Icecream as one of the prices. My nearest Steers is in Wierdapark. A few weeks ago I win an icecream in the ShakeUp Summer event. When I want to get the item from Steers, their excuse was their icecream was not ready. This happened a few day in a row to such an extend that the expiry date was reached. Last week I approached Steers again with an icecream voucher. This time their excuse was that their internet do not allow them to process the voucher number. This excuse was given now for 3 days in a row. Vodacom must not offer items in their promotional events that their partners cannot deliver. It is not the value of the item but the principal that applies.
