Vodacom's shake off competition is Rigged

Vodacom's shake off competition is rigged. I was shaking and getting new puzzle pieces until I received a 'technical error'. After the technical error, I kept getting the 'sorry you've already collected this puzzle piece' continuously. I even collected the exact same puzzle piece of the exact puzzle 5 times in a row. How is that random? Afterwards I kept getting the you haven't won any prices this time, try again later Then I just got an error that shake off isn't available. The competition is rigged and Vodacom's ******** us.
