Vodacoms Service Sucks

Our company Afridizi Bottling (Pty) Ltd conducts its business on a farm outside Kempton Park.We have six cell phone numbers used as company phones and four data contracts.We have been Vodacom customers for many years.Reception was always fine.Now for the past 6 months we don't have reception or very poor reception .We incessantly battle with dropped calls and internet interruption.Our complaints to 082111 have remained unanswered .Despite undertakings to report back to us no reports have been received nor has the service improved.If Vodacom only respond to banners and bad publicity this complaint constitutes the start of that process
