Vodacom's service suck

It's not worth to complain about Vodacom's ****ty service because the company does nothing to remedy it. They promised to contact me twice but to date no one has bothered, suffice to say that I'm cancelling my existing data contract with them and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone! Seems like Vodacom don't need new or existing customers, they've got enough money. ??
