Vodacom's service provider

So Vodacom appointed VVM to collect debt for an outstanding account from my late father. After I provided details for the executor I am still being harassed by Vodacom's service provider. VVM acted ******** in that: *Phone and demand money outside of the time that they may call debtors; * Harass my mother and I, even tough all they needed to do was provide all the details of the account to the executor of my late father's estate; * VVM said they are attorneys. They are debt collectors and impersonating an attorney; * VVM threatened my mother with legal action against her because "she is responsible for my father's debt because he passed away".

Vodacom take responsibility for the company you employ as a service provider!! I will be moving my phone contract, my wife's contract, my mother's contract all away from Vodacom!
