Vodacom’s service is pathetic!!

Vodacom sell cell phone contracts but, unfortunately the persons the individuals used to do so are not able to make proper arrangements for delivery. For an unknown reason Vodacom makes use of RAM Couriers whose public reviews in the media are pathetic. RAM couriers is the only courier company which is not able to find my address. RAM couriers is also the only courier company which do not make any effort to contact the owner of a parcel if they have difficulty to find the delivery address. Vodacom upgrade cancelled due to pathetic service!!
