Vodacom's service is pathetic!!!!!

Pathetic service. I've sent countless emails asking Vodacom to sort out a billing issue that they created. I keep getting promised to be called but nothing comes of it. I will never do business with this company again. Just waiting for my contracts to reach full term. For such a large company the service is aggravating disgusting
