Vodacom's service Disgust me

I am totally disgusted with the service of vodacom I took out a contract in may for R199.00 per month, and it has been my worse decision for 2019. I am just experiencing problem's none stop only for them to bill me at the end of every month, the latest is this Whatsapp ticket story. I bought the whatsapp ticket the 1st of November only to figure out that it does not work, I complained to the customer service on 5 occasions and when asked to rate their service, I rate them genuinely on a zero because over the past years I have been on all networks but vodacom is by far one for the gutter to describe it this way. And the response by customer's service agents is always that the situation is out of their hands for a multi-million rand company, and the slogan is "power to you".... to who???? definitely not to me!
