Vodacoms ******* service

Vodacom has got to be one of the worst cell coverage providers , i have constantly logged complaints about their cell phone coverage specially in our area and i am not the only one who has been complained. Their excuse is Covid but this issue has been going on a lot longer than Covid, and the thing is where i am MTN and Cell C never have a problem. Vodacom is always full of excuses. You cannot rely on them , i lost out on quite a few online courses, etc because of Vodacoms poor network coverage. There is a cellphone tower 10 minutes down the road.We keep getting told oh they looking to increase cell phone coverage..this is absurd because they have done nothing for years. Not only that there is now no one to talk to you get put through to a bot, or you must sms or whats app. What kind of service is that? and how can you whats app if your coverage is mostly non existent..Thinking of moving over
