Vodacom's refusal to attend to customer queries

I took out a contract for my mother in 2016. In 2017 she passed away. Since 2018 Ive been trying to cancel the contract. The contract was renewed by a consultant who was advised to call me on my direct number. I have records of email and voice calls where I'm requesting to cancel. I've used Facebook messenger to try to get assistance. I went in store. Paarl and Canal Walk, to get personal help. Vodacom has become a conglomerate and now sees no need to attend to their customers requests. Instead for the past 4 years they've been insistently debiting my account, despite the numerous calls to cancel the contract. Sometimes double the amount without attending to the much vexated calls. When asking for management, my calls are cut.

Apologies can be said a million times but if there is no customer service or customer appreciation, or value ... then your apologies are weightless.
Still noone has contacted me, the contract is still not cancelled, and my bank account seems like a place where Vodacom feels free to debit my account. Despite my numerous requests to cancel.
