Vodacom's poor services

Hello good people recently I had a bad incident that happened with vodacom, infact a huge loss. Good people you might know how ewallet service from FNB works, ewallet service works purely with the cellphone number. On the 30th March somebody requested a sim swop on my number and I received the notification message almost after 2hrs30mins. Immediately I called customer care and notified them that it was not my Sim swop request and the request was reversed. Later I realized that on 30th during this chaos R3000 was withdrawn from my ewallet using my vodacom number. One of the vodashop in Nelspruit and one staff from the customer care also confirmed that the Sim swop took place before they reversed sim swop as per my request. I I lodged a complaint and vodacom investigated and gave me a lame stupid reason that someone stole my internet banking credentials and they closed the case with a stupid reason. How stupid is that reason because as I mentioned earlier, ewallet works purely with cellphone number. If they stole my credentials then they would have taken money from my current account or savings account. I am not the only one affected because of vodacom's carelessness. I know of many people who complained about this problem before. I never thought it would happen to me. I suspect it's vodacom's inside job. May be a employee in vodacom, or ex-employee of vodacom. I need vodacom to take responsibility of this **** and pay my money back. They are putting the blame on the bank, while bank doesn't have anything to do with ewallet. Shame on vodacom and it's services.

But the reason mentioned there was utter nonsense. I think the investigator must first research how ewallet works. The reason they gave is not acceptable. I have explained how ewallet works. If such educated people can't understand or don't want to understand how ewallet works then that's stupidity
For whoevers information let me once again explain how ewallet works. If I want to send instant money to someone, each bank uses an app which solely works with the cellphone number. It's not linked to any bank accounts. I send money through FNB instant money sending app "eWallet". I send money to that person using his/her cellphone number. Then the receiver generates a pin using the USSD *120*277# then with the generated pin the receiver goes to an FNB ATM and put in that pin on the ewallet services in the ATM and withdraws the money. In this process bank is nowhere involved in the transaction.
The reason the investigator said was somebody stole my bank credentials. When ewallet works purely with the cellphone number there's no way a person can use bank credentials to withdraw money from ewallet. As the investigator said if they stole my bank credentials they would have taken money from my cheque account not from my ewallet.
When vodacom appoints an investigator, appoint someone who can read and understand the complaint or grevience and understand the terms used in the complaint. Don't blanket everything.
I hope after reading this, whoever is reading this must do a research how the instant cash send app from FNB's eWallet works.
After this I hope vodacom will do justice to me.
