Vodacom's Poor service with their data not working!

I use Vodacom network and their data is always not working! When you report the problem they tell you to be patient until it expires and they never refund you. I've been reporting this to their team but they just ignore us!!!! I have a lot of following even on Fb and we'll port to other networks due to their poor service and rude callcentre agent!!!! 😡😡😡
