Vodacom's poor service

I'm so disappointed by vodacom's poor service. There's a caller tune attached to my vodacom cell phone number and I didn't sign up for it. It's been on my number for months. When I try to contact vodacom on 135 to assist me with cancellation of such caller tune, they are not assisting me. They make me chat to a vodacom's chatbot Tobi and the Chabot is not assisting me. I want to to speak to vodacom's consultant regarding my issue. The customer care line 135 does not give me an option to speak to a consultant. Kindly assist.
