Vodacom's poor service

A ********** contract account was opened under my name at one of Vodacom's shop in Ballito, KZN. I only became aware when an amount of R368.44 was deducted in my bank account on the 21/04/217. On the same day I contacted vodacom customer care but I didn't get any help regarding this matter, I had to travel to pietermaritzburg to report the matter to a Vodacom shop in Liberty Midlands Mall ,they took all my details & told me somebody from customer care will call me, that didn't happen. On the 22/04/2017 I phoned customer care again, I was requested to email an affidavit together with a certified copy of my ID, of which I did, the person who helped me gave the information of when & where the contract was opened including the time the documents were submitted. Since submitting my affidavit & ID no one from Vodacom contacted me regarding this ********** account that I reported, I kept calling customer care & no one helped, I returned to Vodacom shop in Liberty Midlands Mall 3 times in 2017 to see if I could get any help. Vodacom handed me to their lawyers Burnard,Raaff & Associates-KZN. The lawyers sent me an sms regarding the matter & informed me I was now listed on credit bureau, I contacted them regarding the matter & furnished them with the same information & documents I had submitted to Vodacom. On the 1st of March 2018 I received an email from their lawyers informing me that 'Vodacom (Pty) Ltd has investigated & confirmed the account was activated **********ly & that the account has been closed and all defaults relating to the account no. ********** 2-3 will be removed the credit bureau'. But up to this day today my name is still listed in credit bureau because of this account, Vodacom has done nothing about this but turnish my name, as a result I cannot open new accounts under my name.
