Vodacoms pathetic service

I am a pensioner I called vodacom to cancel my contract that was taken out 2years ago I spoke to a lady by the name of Jocelyn pillay who had upgraded my contract instead of cancel it I have called vodacom several times and everytime I call they say they will call back with feed but there is nothing the service I have recieved is pathetic.
