VODACOM's PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!
LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON 2 DEC AND STILL NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME! This is by far the most pathetic service I have ever experienced, Vodacom has no service values when it comes to their clients as long as they can make a sale! Worst service experience EVER!!! Several calls, messages and no one gets back to me unless I initiate a call- you should shut your business down if you cant service members.

Can someone who has some sort of power call me as i have been fighting a battle from 21 Nov! and someoneis going to pay for the bill of interim data i had to buy as Vodacom stuffed up on my order after i cancelled my contracts with MTN! Your guy in KZN isnt evening getting back to me! I will take legal action against vodacom for all my bills
