Vodacom's Pathetic Service!

I have a contract with Vodacom, last year sometime I had been paid late due to payroll issues within the company I worked for. Vodacom's debit therefore had bounced.. A few months later I received a call from Vodacom to notify me that I am owing around 5 months of debits that had not been paid... Now firstly, I was unaware of my debit bouncing... Seeing that this had been partially my fault even though Vodacom had taken so many months to realize I had not paid them, without notifying me... I had still made payment. Upon this payment, I was told that once payment has been made, I will automatically start being debited. 3 months went by, I received a call again, I'm outstanding 3 months, it was not switched to auto debit.. March was supposedly my last month! So I paid the full amount and was assured that once payment had been made, my contract would be cancelled! I specifically told the consultant to make a note on the system to cancel!

AND NOW I RECEIVE A STATEMENT FOR TWO MONTHS PAYMENT DUE!

THIS IS FRUSTRATING THE **** OUT OF ME AND I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW PATHETIC THIS IS!

I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS! SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP!!!!

Do not test me.

Regards, Brendin Naidoo
