Vodacom's pathetic customer service
I tried to contact vodacom regarding my contract but there is just no way you can contact vodacom. I tried through a vodacom store, phoning vodacom but no luck. I am jut being told to mail them but no email address on the website. The only way to contact vodacom is to phone and then they tell you they cannot help? The most pathetic customer service I ever seen. Can vodacom please tell me how to address my query if they do not provide the means to raise the query. Is avenues such as Hellopeter or some other media outlets the only way to get service from vodacom?

19 Mar 2020, 12:09Three days since Vodacom promised to contact me and still no word from them. This is the service a customer gets from Vodacom. They decide if they would speak to you or not! There is no way you are able to lodge a complaint, discuss an issue or seek support UNLESS Vodacom decides they would speak to you.
